• Lead and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed unit, revenue, and customer experience targets.
• Build a high‑performance culture grounded in accountability, professionalism, and collaboration.
• Partner with the General Manager and National Sales Development Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, local marketing initiatives, and growth plans.
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and implement actions that improve results, retention, and market share.
• Support recruitment, development, and retention of top sales talent while fostering a positive team environment.
• Ensure customers receive prompt, professional service and that concerns are resolved effectively.
• Work cross‑functionally with other departments to create a seamless dealership experience.

• Proven leadership success in sales, ideally within RV, automotive, powersports, or another customer‑focused dealership environment.
• A strong track record of coaching teams, driving performance, and growing revenue.
• Strategic thinking, sound business judgment, and the ability to translate goals into action.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.
• A passion for delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience.
