Relationship Associate
We are seeking a Relationship Associate with experience in managing accounts, analyzing data, building relationships, and working as part of a team to meet branch goals. The role involves providing financing (floor planning) for independent auto dealers, driving a positive customer experience, and identifying organic growth opportunities.

- Develop an understanding of customer needs using CRM tools and work queues.
- Identify dealer needs to promote product solutions and campaigns.
- Manage accounts and enhance dealer growth through focused performance-related discussions.
- Manage, service, and mitigate risk on customer accounts.
- Manage existing accounts and drive new growth opportunities.
- Two years of experience in customer‑facing, sales, or sales support roles.
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license with reliable and dedicated transportation.
- Ability and desire to frequently travel within your market to support current and prospective customers.
- Experience working in a multi‑faceted environment, effectively managing multiple tasks with a strong focus on productivity and adaptability.
- Ability to use and understand technology required for your position such as mobile applications and software.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously when needed as well as part of a team.
- High level of accountability toward local goals and business targets.
- Previous auto industry experience
- Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau
