As part of the Sales Department, your role will involve selling insurance policies to both new and existing clients. You will actively participate in outbound call initiatives and community marketing to generate leads. Your professionalism and dedication to customer service will be key to maintaining and growing your client base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sell and write policies for new and existing clients
• Quote and manage risks with Underwriters
• Document completions and client applications
• Engage in training and professional development
• Participate in community outreach marketing efforts
Requirements:
• Post secondary education required
• Relevant sales experience necessary
• Strong customer focus and lead generation skills
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
• AIC Level I License is a plus
