Business Development Partner – Commission-Based | High Earning Potential
About the RoleThis role combines proactive outreach, relationship management, and pipeline development. You will work directly with leadership to identify opportunities, manage a pipeline, and contribute to the growth of multiple service divisions.
MESS ()- Commercial property maintenance and asphalt services
- Identifying properties with existing maintenance needs
- Building relationships and booking qualified site visits
- Long-term relationship development
- Staying top-of-mind with property managers and decision-makers
- Creating future opportunities through consistent follow-up
- Prospect and connect with targeted commercial clients
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-up activities
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers and decision-makers
- Book qualified site visits for our operations team
- Manage opportunities through our CRM system
- Maintain accurate notes, follow-up schedules, and pipeline records
- Consistently nurture prospects until opportunities are ready to move forward
- Collaborate directly with company leadership on growth initiatives
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Excellent follow‑up habits and attention to detail
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently
- Organized and disciplined with CRM usage
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and business development
- Ownership mindset and desire to contribute to company growth
- Experience working with property managers
- Experience working with general contractors
- Experience in construction, demolition, asphalt maintenance, concrete or related service industries
- 100% commission‑based compensation
- Earn 25% of gross profit on closed projects
- No earning cap
- Direct connection between performance and income
- Flexible schedule
- Recommended working hours between 9:00AM and 3:00PM
- Minimum 4 days per week
- In‑office & field work
- Additional effort creates additional earning opportunities
