A Relationship Associate who has experience managing accounts, analyzing data, building relationships, and working as part of a team to meet branch goals. You will help the small, local team provide floor‑planning financing for independent auto dealers and drive a positive customer experience while identifying organic growth opportunities.
Minimum experience:
two years in customer‑facing roles and one year in sales or sales support.

- Develop an understanding of customer needs using CRM tools and work queues.
- Identify dealer needs to promote product solutions and campaigns.
- Manage accounts and enhance dealer growth through focused performance‑related discussions.
- Manage, service, and mitigate risk on customer accounts.
- Drive recent growth opportunities for existing accounts.
- Two years of experience in customer‑facing, sales, or sales support roles.
- A valid Class 5 driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Willingness and ability to travel within your market to support current and prospective customers.
- Desire and experience working in a multi‑faceted environment, managing multiple tasks with strong productivity and adaptability.
- Ability to use and understand technology such as mobile applications and software.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously while being a team player.
- High level of accountability toward local goals and business targets.
- Previous auto industry experience.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau.
