Drive sales success as an Outside Sales Representative with RONA. Build strong client relationships and expand your territory with a focus on prospecting new customers.
RONA is seeking motivated individuals with experience in sales and multifamily construction. In this key role, you will actively find potential clients and nurture existing relationships through regular site visits. Your efforts will contribute directly to achieving and exceeding sales targets in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect new customers within your assigned territory
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through site visits
• Achieve individual sales targets and enhance team performance
• Promote Value Proposition to grow Share of Wallet (SOW)
• Provide tailored product information and material estimates
Requirements:
• Experience in prospecting and telemarketing sales
• Knowledge of multifamily construction and property management
• Proven sales skills with a history of exceeding targets
• Proficient with sales management software tools
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
