Leverage your sales expertise as a Product Support Representative with Wajax Power Systems. This role focuses on client engagement and problem-solving while exceeding sales targets within your territory.
As a Product Support Representative, you will be pivotal in managing customer satisfaction and resolving inquiries. With 2-3 years of relevant experience, you will utilize your knowledge of Wajax Power Systems products such as Allison and Detroit. Ensure seamless communication with manufacturers and assist in crafting competitive bids to drive sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer satisfaction within existing territory
• Identify and resolve customer issues promptly
• Respond to inquiries from established and prospective clients
• Exceed monthly and annual sales targets consistently
• Liaise with suppliers to monitor order status and delivery compliance
Requirements:
• College diploma or post-secondary education
• 2-3 years in sales or marketing experience
• Heavy equipment knowledge is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid driver's license required
