As a C2D Sales Agent, your mission will be to elevate the local C2D program through effective communication and the identification of consignment opportunities. You'll work closely with sales, administration, and accounting teams to optimize sales volume, ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for consumer consignment

• Facilitate customer satisfaction and referral networks

• Schedule and monitor ancillary services

• Manage vehicle redemption processes

• Log call details and run CRM reports

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years relevant experience in sales or coordination

• Strong customer service background

• Proficient in Google Suite and CRM tools

• Effective organizational skills
