The Field Technician supports daily field operations, equipment setup, and maintenance. This position requires hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and the ability to work independently in outdoor and variable conditions.

• Set up equipment on location and ensure proper functionality
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Repair equipment to minimize downtime
• Complete daily job tasks efficiently and accurately
• Communicate technical issues and progress updates to supervisors
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols

• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience operating a skid steer/loader
• Positive attitude and strong time‑management skills
• Ability to lift and carry equipment, work outdoors, and travel as required
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s licence
