This role is vital for maintaining the Bison fleet's reliability. As a Licensed Heavy-Duty Mechanic, you will demonstrate strong diagnosing and time-management skills. You will also perform mandatory safety inspections and utilize computer systems for work order entries. Expect a mix of practical tasks and problem-solving challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and address issues found during inspections
• Complete preventative maintenance on trailers and tractors
• Perform mandatory safety inspections efficiently
• Enter work orders using computer systems
• Maintain a safe work environment with proper lifting techniques
Requirements:
• Valid 310T or 310J Heavy-Duty Mechanic license
• Proven diagnosing and time-management skills
• Previous experience performing safety inspections
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
• Eligible for diverse work shifts
