As a full-time technician, you'll perform vital tasks, including preventative maintenance and renovation assistance, under the guidance of the Floor Manager. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute routine maintenance and repairs in plumbing and carpentry

• Inspect buildings for maintenance needs and safety issues

• Assist with landscaping duties and seasonal preparations

• Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and tools

• Respond quickly to urgent maintenance requests

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is essential

• Familiarity with repair techniques and tools preferred

• Problem-solving skills to handle diverse tasks

• Strong physical capability for manual labor required

• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license preferred
