Rocky View Schools invites applications for a continuing full‑time (40hrs/wk) Maintenance Specialist II. This position is located at the Education Centre in Airdrie, AB. The Maintenance Specialist II performs a wide variety of duties related to maintenance, repair and upkeep of Rocky View Schools’ facilities and equipment.

• Completes scheduled maintenance to HVAC equipment
• Utilizes various hand tools and mechanical lifts
• Climbs ladders and scaffolds
• Maintains records of daily activities and equipment maintenance
• Assists Electrical, Plumbing and Carpentry Journeymen
• Shares on‑call duties with the maintenance team

• Facility Operations /HVAC experience
• Class 5 Power Engineering preferred, a willingness to obtain within 2 years of employment
• Valid Alberta Operators License Class 5
