This continuing position offers a diverse set of maintenance tasks at the Education Centre. With a focus on HVAC systems, you will utilize your mechanical skills to perform repairs and upkeep duties. Working collaboratively, you'll assist skilled tradespeople and engage in shared on-call responsibilities to support school facilities daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete scheduled maintenance on HVAC equipment

• Utilize hand tools and mechanical lifts effectively

• Climb ladders and scaffolds safely

• Maintain accurate records of daily activities

• Assist Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry Journeymen
Requirements:

• Facility Operations or HVAC experience required

• Class 5 Power Engineering preferred, willing to obtain

• Valid Alberta Operators License Class 5
