Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical failures

• Document maintenance activities through CMMS

• Support Lean and Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency

• Follow safety protocols and participate in inspections

Requirements:

• Valid Red Seal Certificate required

• Minimum 3 years industrial maintenance experience

• Familiarity with automated systems and PLCs

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Willingness to work varied shifts as needed
