Apply your welding expertise in outdoor operations, focusing on custom fabrication and structural construction. This full-time role requires strong communication skills and safety certifications.
We are looking for an experienced welder with 1-2 years on-site experience. The position entails operating both manual and automated welding machinery, interpreting drawings, and ensuring that all work meets specified standards. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining welding equipment and managing safety protocols at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret and execute welding specifications and tasks
• Operate advanced welding and cutting machinery
• Review and analyze welding blueprints and documents
• Examine the integrity of welds according to specifications
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1-year welding experience
• Valid WHMIS and Fall Arrest certifications
• Forklift Operator certification advantage
• Proficient in welding stainless steel and heavy metals
• Valid driver's license and outdoor work agility
