Ginger Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager for a luxury Aberdeenshire hotel. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day F&B operations, leading from the floor, and delivering polished guest experiences across restaurant, bar and private event spaces.
Ideal candidates will have strong F&B experience, supervisory leadership, and a proactive approach to training, stock control, and guest feedback in a premium hospitality setting.
