Take the lead in our Sales Operations as a Data Analyst with a focus on SQL and advanced analytics. You will be instrumental in managing CRM operations and developing dashboards that track performance metrics.
This role requires a strategic thinker with at least five years of experience in Sales and Data operations. Your expertise in SQL and spreadsheet management will allow you to provide actionable insights and facilitate effective decision-making. Also, you will document workflows to support ongoing team development and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform complex SQL queries to derive sales insights
• Create and maintain performance tracking dashboards
• Oversee CRM system operations for data integrity
• Allocate sales reps’ territories and account updates
• Standardize and document data processes for sharing
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in analytics and sales operations
• Advanced skills in Excel and CRM tools
• Quick learner with great teamwork abilities
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken
