Position: TD Personal Banking Associate Trainee Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in customer service and advise on digital tools

• Direct customers to the right contacts for their needs

• Support the resolution of customer banking issues

• Ensure compliance with TD's documentation and ethics

Requirements:

• High School diploma and 1+ years of banking experience

• IFC certification or similar within six months

• Experience with MS Office and branch software

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
