Plant Controller at Mother Parkers

Reporting to the Director of Operations Finance, the Plant Controller will drive performance improvement through in-depth analysis and recommendations. With two to three years of manufacturing accounting experience, you will play a critical role in managing plant financials, budgeting, and strategic analysis. Collaborate with plant management and finance teams to ensure financial success and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze variances versus standard and budgeted costs

• Manage month-end and year-end financial closings

• Prepare monthly financial review packages for stakeholders

• Track metrics for cost-saving initiatives with cross-functional teams

• Support capital expenditure proposals with financial evaluations

Requirements:

• University Degree in Business/Accounting required

• 2-3 years hands-on manufacturing accounting experience

• Strong cost accounting and budgeting background

• In-depth Excel and ERP software knowledge

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
