Manager of Youth Health Services

Lead the youth wellness initiative at Durham Community Health Centre as the Manager of the Youth Wellness Hub. This role is temporary full-time and focuses on improving health services for youth in the community.

In this leadership position, you will guide a dedicated team to enhance the quality of health services while ensuring inclusivity and community representation. You will be responsible for overseeing operations, fostering team dynamics, and maintaining strong community partnerships for optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement sustainable operations for Youth Wellness Hub

• Supervise diverse team members ensuring collaborative care

• Manage partnerships with schools and youth organizations

• Ensure services align with community health priorities

• Support continuous quality improvements and program evaluations

Requirements:

• Relevant undergraduate degree;
Master’s is a plus

• At least 5 years in leadership roles within youth services

• Familiarity with trauma-informed and inclusive service models

• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship skills

• Driver’s license with a reliable vehicle
