Position: UniFirst Customer Growth Representative
Drive business growth as a Customer Development Representative with Uni First. Focus on increasing account sales through strategic relationship management in your assigned market.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop existing customer partnerships and promote additional services tailored to client needs. With comprehensive training and innovative technology, you will be expected to engage in 80 weekly activities, fostering direct relationships and conducting impactful client presentations. Your contributions will significantly impact market share in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage current clients to explore additional service opportunities

• Partner with Customer Service in market development

• Conduct essential client presentations as required

• Meet or exceed 80 activities including sales and analysis meetings

• Operate within a dedicated territory for optimal results

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; degree preferred

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office

• Prior outside sales or route sales experience preferred

• Strong understanding of mobile technology

• Excellent presentation and communication skills
