In this outside sales role, you will build strong relationships with both new and existing customers r responsibilities include cold calling new accounts and maximizing sales through effective territory planning. The position demands a commitment to customer service and a knowledge of truck and transport operations to effectively aid parts and service departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Assist Parts & Service departments for increased profitability
• Prospect and cold call new customers monthly
• Implement annual territory sales plans
• Follow up on customer concerns and product performance
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of sales experience in truck parts or service
• Exemplary customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of truck industry operations
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract
• Flexibility to travel within assigned territories
