Woman's Health Infield Territory Manager

Inizio Engage is seeking an Infield Territory Manager to call on and sell to program-specific Healthcare Providers (HCPs) or clients by representing and promoting designated women's health brands to increase brand sales and market share.
Responsibilities- Represent client products in person (or virtually) to healthcare providers, communicating key selling messages about product features, clinical benefits, and safety information.
- Deliver medical education sessions such as lunch and learns/CHE events and conferences to HCPs.
- Develop strategic business and territory routing plans to maximize opportunities.
- Liaise and collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Patient Service, Virtual Team Managers, Medical team, Strategic Account Managers, and Marketing) to deliver on territory objectives.
- Manage expenses and budget to drive business performance.
- Create comprehensive key account plans to build, manage, and improve trustful relationships with key stakeholders while maximizing performance.
- Complete daily CRM entries and other administrative duties to manage the designated territory.
- Attend and complete all required training.
- Travel overnight within the allocated territory as needed.
- University degree required (science or business preferred).
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience and clinical selling skills.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, passionate individual.
- Understanding of accreditation of continuing education and the IMC code of ethical practices.
- Previous virtual interactions with Healthcare Professionals considered an asset.
- Previous cross‑functional territory planning experience.
- Proven track record of success and strong business acumen and strategic analytical skills.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate messages articulately and professionally.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Valid driver’s license.

- Salary range: $70,000–$73,500 CAD + bonus + car allowance.
