Junior Pharmaceutical Representative – Ontario East

Inizio Engage Canada is seeking a junior pharmaceutical representative with sales or customer service experience to raise awareness of a vaccine through face‑to‑face interactions with GPs and nurses within an assigned territory.

• Represent client’s products in person (or virtually if needed) to healthcare providers (GPs and nurses).
• Effectively communicate key selling messages about the product’s information, administration, and order process.
• Provide regular insights to the client on product messages, pertinence, gaps, and field intelligence.
• Develop strategic business and territory routing plans to maximize business opportunities and logistical efficiency.
• Liaise and collaborate with cross‑functional teams including client’s Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives and Sales Managers.
• Strategically manage expenses and budget to maximize results.
• Develop comprehensive key account plans to build, manage, and improve trustworthy relationships.
• Complete daily CRM entries and administrative duties.
• Attend and complete all required product and compliance training.

• Bachelor’s degree required (science/business preferred).
• 1‑3 years of customer‑facing experience in sales or customer service.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, empathetic, and passionate.
• Excellent presentation skills; proven ability to communicate in an articulate and professional manner.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
• Positive influence on others, ability to quickly establish credibility and build strong relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license and in good standing.

Salary range: $55k to $63k plus bonus and car allowance.
