Repair. Service. Willing to relocate. Tasks:
Read blueprints to determine work requirements. Test and observe electrical and mechanical conditions of equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electric motors, transformers, switch gear, generators and other electro-mechanical equipment. Replace or recondition shafts, bearings, commutators and other components. Wind, assemble and install various types of coils. Perform some machining to recondition or modify shafts, commutators or other parts. Perform on-site servicing and repair.
Test repaired motors, transformers, switch gear or other electrical apparatus to ensure proper performance. Area of specialization:
Electric motors. Work conditions and physical capabilities:
Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Personal suitability:
