Join Stock Transportation in Ajax as a Diesel Mechanic, where your skills in engine repair and diagnostics will shine. Focus on maintaining a safe and efficient fleet of vehicles.
As a Diesel Mechanic, you will diagnose vehicle issues and perform a range of repairs on engines, brake systems, and more. Your background in fleet maintenance, coupled with your experience in using diagnostic tools, will be crucial in ensuring each vehicle is road-ready. This position demands organizational skills and adherence to safety standards in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Test and adjust engines and mechanical units
• Arrange for inspections before vehicle release
• Ensure a productive and safe work environment
• Identify additional repairs needed during maintenance
• Complete road calls and on-site repairs when assigned
Requirements:
• 310T or 310S certification
• At least 3 years in diesel truck maintenance
• Hands-on experience in a fleet environment
• Knowledge of diagnostic software
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
