We are seeking dependable Handy workers to manage various maintenance, repair, and inspection tasks across residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in related fields and be comfortable with traveling independently to complete assignments at different locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete general maintenance and repair work on residential properties
• Perform property inspections and preventative maintenance as needed

Requirements:

• Must have a reliable vehicle and own tools

• GPS navigation proficiency necessary
