Office assistant in Ajman, UAE

We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our team in Ajman. The role is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day office tasks such as filing and data entry.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence and providing customer service.
  • Order office supplies, make travel arrangements, schedule meetings, and organize events.
Qualifications
  • Be reliable and well organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Have a good eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Previous experience in an office setting is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
Salary and Application
