Operation Support Specialist (F/M), United Arab Emirates Ajman | Full Time

WHAT WILL YOU BUILD YOUR SUCCESS ON :

• Supporting daily logistics operations, warehouse activities and stock management ;
• Preparing shipments, documentation, proposals and product ‑ related checks ;
• Performing administrative activities and coordinating with HQ and external partners ;
• Managing customer service interactions with professionalism and efficiency ;
• Executing operational social media tasks and simple graphic activities ;
• Ensuring safety, quality and high standards across all operational processes .

THE FUNDAMENT OF YOUR CAREER:

• Strong experience in logistics , warehouse operations and customer service ;
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office ;
• Ability to work with AutoCAD ( must have ) ;
• Experience in administrative tasks and operational support ;
• Excellent verbal and written English abilities ;
• Strong organizational and communication skills ;
• Ability to work autonomously and support multiple areas when needed ;
• A proactive, hands on attitude — including warehouse work when required .
