Position: Master Cutter – Ladies Fashion

Experience: Minimum 2 years

We are looking for a highly skilled Master Cutter with experience in high-end ladies’ fashion. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in pattern cutting, garment construction, fitting, sizing, and grading
.

• Create accurate patterns from sketches, samples, or reference garments.
• Cut fabrics precisely while minimizing fabric wastage.
• Develop and perfect garment fits across different sizes.
• Handle dresses, blazers, coats, abayas, and contemporary womenswear.
• Make pattern corrections and fitting adjustments after sample fittings.
• Work closely with designers and sample makers.
• Grade patterns into different sizes while maintaining the correct fit.
• Ensure consistency in measurements, proportions, and quality.
• Supervise cutting processes and maintain high production standards.
• Identify and resolve technical construction and fitting issues.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Master Cutter in ladies’ fashion.
• Strong expertise in cutting and pattern making for dresses, blazers, coats, abayas, and tailored garments
  .
• Excellent knowledge of garment construction, fitting, and grading.
• Ability to achieve accurate sizing, proportions, and garment balance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
