Overview
Finance Manager
Our client is currently hiring for the position of Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial and accounting principles, policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Review and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure the accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and regular forecasting.
- Monitor budget performance and provide analysis of variances
- Conduct financial and accounting analysis, including profitability analysis, cost analysis, and financial performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit and address audit queries.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings and other statutory reporting requirements.
- Ensure the submission of tax and VAT filings before the due dates.
