Job Overview

KBH Development is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager Treasury Project Finance to drive financial leadership within our development portfolio. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in real‑estate development or multi‑phase projects in the UAE and a proven ability to manage liquidity, financing and banking relationships for large scale property developments.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily cash operations and treasury management tied to property development projects, ensuring optimal liquidity and timely funding across project milestones. Monitor and forecast short‑ and long‑term cash flows aligned with development schedules and optimize capital allocation working closely with Project Procurement and Operations teams.

Build and manage strong relationships with banks, lenders and financial institutions, negotiate and manage facilities, escrow and TAS accounts, and secure favorable financing and terms.

Prepare accurate cash flow forecasts, MIS reports, project cost versus budget analysis and development profitability reviews for management and board level.

Ensure strict compliance with UAE real‑estate and financial regulations including VAT, Corporate Tax, escrow requirements and IFRS accounting for property developments. Implement and maintain treasury control policies, lead documentation for audits and regulatory reviews and support internal and external audits.

Drive continuous improvement of treasury and finance processes and systems. Mentor and guide junior finance staff and strengthen the finance team capabilities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance MBA or professional certification (CA/CPA/ACCA) preferred.
  • 7–12 years’ experience in finance within real‑estate development, property or construction sector in the UAE (treasury, project finance, banking).
  • Deep understanding of UAE property developer regulatory frameworks: escrow accounts, TAS, VAT, Corporate Tax.
  • Proficiency in ERP/financial systems (Oracle, SAP or equivalent), advanced Excel/data analysis, and treasury management tools.
