Finance And Accounts Officer

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits of financial transactions and accounting systems to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes ensuring timely payments and collections to optimize cash flow.
• Oversee the budgeting process collaborating with departments to forecast financial needs and monitor expenditures.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with advanced degrees.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly desirable to demonstrate expertise.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Experience in the specific industry, such as manufacturing, retail, or non-profit, to understand sector-specific financial practices.
