Sr. Project Manager-Regulatory & Finance Transformation

Ajman Bank is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic regulatory, risk, finance, and profitability transformation projects across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving regulatory compliance, IFRS 9 implementation and optimization, risk management frameworks, profitability enhancement, and regulatory reporting requirements.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, banking domain expertise, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale regulatory and finance transformation programs within the UAE banking sector.

• 12+ years of project management experience within the banking or financial services industry.
• Minimum 8 years leading regulatory, risk, finance, or transformation projects.
• Proven experience delivering IFRS 9 implementation or enhancement programs.
• Strong understanding of UAE banking regulations and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Experience with profitability management, financial planning, and risk transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with consulting firms and technology vendors.
