Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

• Supervise and support the Guest Relations team in daily operations.
• Welcome and assist VIP and long‑stay guests, ensuring personalized service.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and special requests.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences in the system.
• Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions.
• Monitor lobby and reception area standards and ambiance.
• Promote hotel services and loyalty programs.

• Minimum 4 years as Guest Relations in a hotel/hospitality industry.
• Good command of the English and Russian languages. Other foreign languages (spoken) an advantage.
• Good computer skills.
• With pleasing personality.
