Concierge

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Indian student to join our team as a Concierge in Ajman. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$.

As a Concierge you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with any needs or requests they may have during their stay. This position does not require fluency in English.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out process
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues
• Handle guest complaints or concerns and elevate to management if needed
• Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization at the concierge desk

• Indian nationality preferred
• Currently enrolled student in Ajman
• No previous experience required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service oriented
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

This is an excellent opportunity for an Indian student looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry while living in Ajman. Accommodation is not provided, so we are looking for candidates who already reside in Ajman or have their own accommodation.
