Concierge - English Speaking; Temporary

We are currently seeking a Concierge for our hotel in Ajman suitable for English speaking individuals without experience. As a Concierge you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, assisting them with their needs and inquiries. You will also be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the lobby and common areas as well as coordinating and managing guest requests.

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
• Provide information about the hotels facilities and services
• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
• Make reservations for guests at local restaurants or attractions
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas
• Coordinate transportation services for guests
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly

• Fluency in English Malayalees or Canadians preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
