Our luxury hotel in Ajman is seeking a Concierge Assistant to join our team This position is ideal for a Nepali candidate who is looking for a job without requiring English proficiency and prior experience As a Concierge Assistant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting with any requests or inquiries they may have during their stay

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• Provide information about the hotel amenities and surrounding area
• Offer recommendations for local attractions restaurants and activities
• Arrange transportation and make reservations as requested by guests
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Assist with luggage handling and delivery to guest rooms
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk area
• Monitor guest requests through our computer system and ensure timely fulfillment

• Nepali nationality preferred
• No English proficiency required
• Ability to work without prior experience in hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Physically fit to handle luggage and stand for long periods of time
• Must be willing to live on-site in provided accommodation
• Valid passport for free visa processing
