- Oversee daily hostel operations, ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for all residents.
- Manage resident admissions, room assignments, and check-out procedures, maintaining accurate occupancy records.
- Enforce hostel rules and regulations consistently, addressing behavioral issues and mediating disputes promptly.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and security staff to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Possession of relevant certifications in first aid, fire safety, or conflict resolution is highly advantageous.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in residential life, student affairs, or hospitality management.
- Familiarity with hostel management software and basic administrative tools is essential.
