Guest Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Guest Services Coordinator to join our team at a luxury hotel in Ajman The ideal candidate will be fluent in English have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure As a Guest Services Coordinator you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to hotel guests handling requests and complaints and ensuring that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable You will also assist with reservations check-ins and check-outs and provide information about the hotels amenities and services

This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month

• Fluent in English Arabic or other languages are a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• A friendly and helpful attitude towards guests
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if needed

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints promptly and professionally
• Provide information about the hotels amenities services and local attractions
• Assist with reservations for accommodations restaurants events etc
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests or resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
• Ensure that all guest rooms are clean and properly stocked before check-in
• Process payments for guest services using electronic systems
• Assist with check-out process including collecting feedback from guests
• Handle any emergencies or unexpected situations in a calm manner
