- Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and benefits administration
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and reports
- Help organize training sessions, performance reviews, and company events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Perform general administrative duties related to the HR department
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role preferred
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
