Bluebird Group is a maritime B2B services conglomerate operating across the UAE, Singapore, India, Ghana, Togo, Qatar, and Malaysia. We provide marine technical services, safety equipment, and port agency/customs solutions to clients globally.

We are hiring an HR Manager to own our UAE people operations and coordinate with regional teams across our multi-country network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations for UAE entities
  • Handle visa/work permit processing and MOHRE/WPS compliance
  • Lead recruitment across technical and corporate functions
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration
  • Coordinate with country leads in Singapore, India, and Africa on HR matters
  • Maintain and update HR policies and employee records
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of HR experience in the UAE
  • Solid knowledge of UAE labour law, MOHRE regulations, and WPS
  • Strong recruitment and payroll skills
  • Proficient in HRIS tools and MS Office
  • Experience with ERPNext or other ERP is preferred
  • Maritime background is a plus
