Manager Talent Acquisition - UAE National

We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager Talent Acquisition - UAE National. In this key role, you will develop and implement strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent. Also overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience

• Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align within EtihadWE goals.
• Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking) to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Oversee the interview and selection process to ensure it is efficient and effective.
• Implement best practices for candidate assessment and selection to enhance quality of hire.
• Ensure that recruitment practices are equitable and inclusive.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and EtihadWE policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Responsible for vendor management that includes meeting and understanding the profile of the new supplier, initiation of renewal of the contract and negotiation of placement fees.
• Conduct regular evaluation of team members’ performance providing feedback and identifying areas of improvement & development.
• Lead weekly meetings to review and assign tasks to ensure the team remains productive and align with the company’s goal and objective.
• Engage with the incoming talent acquisition budget for the incoming year.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in talent acquisition.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and candidate assessment techniques.
• Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
