Job Description:
- Manage resident relations, complaints, and community compliance matters.
- Oversee service charge coordination and support budgeting processes.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor FM vendors and SLAs.
- Handle NOCs, reporting, documentation, and ARRA compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering with facility management background
- Minimum of 3 years’ UAE experience in a similar field (community/property management, customer service)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
