About the role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven holiday manager to lead and grow the leisure travel business in Ajman, UAE. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing holiday operations, and curating exceptional travel experiences for clients while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end holiday package management, develop strategic partnerships, and lead a team of travel consultants to deliver high-quality service and innovative travel solutions.

About the requirements Sales & commercial management- Promote and sell holiday and travel products to achieve revenue targets and profitability
- Analyse sales data and performance metrics to optimise strategies and offerings
- Develop marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams to drive customer acquisition
- Lead and support a team of travel consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to enhance team performance
- Design and curate customised holiday packages tailored to client preferences and budgets
- Develop and maintain partnerships with tourism boards, airlines, hotels, and vendors
- Negotiate contracts to secure competitive rates and high-quality services
- Oversee end-to-end holiday planning, including itinerary creation and on-ground coordination
- Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve offerings
- Ensure adherence to travel regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Manage logistical aspects and ensure seamless execution of travel services
- Bachelor’s degree in tourism management, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in travel management, sales, or a similar leadership role
- Proven track record in managing complex travel itineraries and vendor relationships
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Experience with MS Office and travel systems
- Arabic language skills preferred
- UAE driving licence is mandatory
- Industry certifications (e.g. IATA) are an advantage
