Job Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day Golf Operations team ensuring exceptional service for members and guests
- Oversee the golf shop, outside services, locker rooms and daily tee sheet operations
- Drive retail performance through merchandising, inventory control and stock management
- Plan and deliver golf events, tournaments and member activities to the highest standard
- Develop, coach and motivate the Golf Operations team while maintaining Troon's service standards
- Build strong relationships with members, guests and corporate clients ensuring an outstanding customer experience
- Work closely with the Golf Course Maintenance, F B, Membership and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless operation
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, revenue and the overall golf experience
- Proven experience in golf operations or a similar leadership role within a golf club or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of golf shop, tee sheet, tournament and member-service operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication and customer-service skills.
- Commercially focused, organized and proactive.
- Experience in retail, inventory management and revenue growth.
- Golf-related qualifications or PGA membership are preferred.
- Previous experience working with Troon is highly preferred.
