Star Services LLC is seeking a Technical Supervisor to lead the technical maintenance across CO-2 and CO-3, directly supervising a six-person multi-trade team. The role covers two permanent work streams: landlord-owned residential maintenance and Civil/MEP works for common areas and shared building infrastructure.
You will coordinate with the Property Manager daily, work with the Leasing Manager for tenancy readiness and move-ins/outs, and with the Building Manager for MEP requirements.
