We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As an Indian Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring its success.

• Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve company goals
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase productivity and profitability
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to make informed business decisions
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to maintain a positive image of the company
• Create and maintain budgets, financial reports, and other business documents
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide guidance, support, and training for employees to enhance their skills and performance

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a manager in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of business operations, financial management, sales strategies, and customer service best practices
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Must be an Indian national currently residing in Ajman or willing to relocate
