Emirati - Director of Student Life

Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Student Life & Engagement (UAEN) to provide strategic leadership across student affairs, engagement, leadership development, athletics, and campus life within a leading university/institution.

• Lead and develop comprehensive student life, engagement, and leadership programs.
• Oversee student clubs, Student Council, ambassador programs, athletics, recreation, and campus-wide events.
• Drive initiatives that promote student wellbeing, inclusion, leadership, cultural engagement, and holistic development.
• Lead and mentor Student Life teams while managing budgets, resources, and operational priorities.
• Develop policies, digital processes, assessment frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, students, and senior leadership to enhance the overall student experience.
• Represent the institution in relevant meetings and external engagements.

• Master's degree with 10+ years of relevant management experience in student affairs, activities, programs, or services.
• Senior leadership experience within a university or educational institution.
• Strong knowledge of student development and program administration.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
