We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Ajman. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to traditional recipes and techniques. You must have a strong understanding of baking principles and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

• Prepare ingredients for doughs, batters, fillings, and icings
• Mix and bake ingredients according to traditional recipes and techniques
• Monitor baking process to ensure quality and consistency
• Decorate cakes and pastries with icing, glazes, toppings, or fruits
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Order supplies as needed
• Train and supervise assistant bakers
• Follow food safety standards at all times

• Proven experience as a baker in a professional kitchen
• Knowledge of baking principles and techniques
• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
• Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
• Attention to detail with excellent time management skills
• Team player with good communication skills
• Fluency in Malayalam preferred but not required

Salary: 1000$ per month with additional benefits.
